These terms govern use of the public Good Taste Awards website, standards reader, category guides, directory and verification service. A secure entry, payment, assessor or account service may apply additional terms to the transaction or role.
By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not damage the service, misrepresent an award or interfere with another person's access.
The website provides public explanations, controlled standards resources and authorized result records. Public explanatory pages support understanding; the controlled standards govern where interpretation is required.
English is the sole authoritative language of the standards system. A translated presentation does not replace the authoritative English source.
A star and award mark belong to the exact assessed product and current result status shown in the authorized record. Website access does not grant permission to apply a star to another product, producer, range or claim.
Search order, editorial discovery and related-product display do not create a ranking.
You may read, link to and cite public pages for lawful informational purposes. A citation should preserve product identity, result meaning and source context.
Authorized entrants and media users may use official assets only within the permission supplied with those assets. Public availability of an image does not grant unrestricted mark use.

Public standards may be cited with their identifiers and permanent links. Fixed versions remain distinct from the active version. Do not edit a controlled text and present the altered text as an official standard.
Category guides are official non-normative guidance and shall not be represented as creating a separate scoring system.
Product and producer pages may link to third-party commercial sites. Those sites control their own content, prices, availability, transactions and data practices. A link does not make an external claim part of the Good Taste Awards result.
Good Taste Awards may maintain, correct, suspend or withdraw website content and services to preserve integrity, security, accuracy or lawful operation. Controlled document changes follow the applicable version and release process.
A temporary service interruption does not alter an authorized result. Use the verification service when result status matters.
Suspected result or award-mark misuse may be reviewed, preserved as evidence and addressed through correction, suspension, termination or another authorized action. A report is not itself proof of misuse.
Use the correction and complaint pathway for an identifiable concern.
