The secure entry service displays the current fee for the defined product entry, the applicable tax treatment and the currency before payment is confirmed. A copied price, earlier invoice or third-party listing is not the current fee authority.
The authorized entry fee includes the applicable controlled pathway for one accepted assessed product:
The fee does not purchase a star or guarantee progression beyond the initial panel.
Unless the secure service explicitly states otherwise, the entrant remains responsible for product manufacture, packing, transport, insurance, customs, duties, taxes, return requirements and any external service used to deliver the sample.
An optional or separately authorized service is identified before purchase. It is not silently added to the ordinary result and does not influence the star decision.
An entry is confirmed only when the secure account shows acceptance and the applicable payment status. A saved form, pending transfer, failed payment or unverified receipt does not reserve a place.
The receipt or invoice identifies the paid service. Keep it with the entry record; do not place it in the sample shipment unless instructed.
The applicable entry terms govern cancellation and refund. Eligibility rejection, entrant withdrawal, missed shipment, refused delivery, procedural reassessment and service cancellation are different states and may have different consequences.
Do not assume that disagreement with a valid taste result creates a refund entitlement. Use the review process for a supported process, calculation, data, scope, comment or publication issue.
Payment supports the operation of a controlled assessment service. It does not buy favourable publicity, access to individual assessors, the right to change a comment, a population survey, comparative testing or a company-wide endorsement.
