Recognition belongs to the exact awarded product
A Good Taste Awards mark may be used only for the product identity, star, channel, asset and status covered by the authorization. It does not become a company mark or a general endorsement of a producer's range.
Before publishing artwork, match the product name, format, flavour and star to the confirmed result record.
Official One-Star, Two-Star and Three-Star marks preserve defined wording, geometry, proportion, contrast and star identity. Use the supplied artwork rather than recreating it from type, icons or screenshots.
Do not:
On packaging, the mark should be positioned so that a reasonable shopper can identify which product it covers. Extra care is needed on multipacks, flavour ranges, variety pages and shared displays.
If awarded and unawarded products appear together, the layout must not imply that the mark covers every item. A company-level banner should lead to the specific awarded products rather than presenting one star as a corporate status.
A digital badge uses the confirmed resolution, responsive behaviour and alternative text. Where the channel supports linking, connect the badge or adjacent verification action to the individual product public result.
Alternative text should identify the star and Good Taste Awards. It should not repeat promotional claims or imply health, safety or comparative superiority.
An confirmed certificate includes the product scope, star, identifier and verification information. Displaying a certificate in an office, event, social post or sales presentation does not extend the recognition to another product.
A certificate image should remain complete enough for the result to be identified and checked.
An ordinary claim names the exact product and correct star. It may use the defined phrase:
An confirmed excerpt from the product comment may be used where it preserves the original meaning and remains connected to the correct product.
Do not use the result to say or imply:
A comparative claim requires its own confirmed evidence. The ordinary star is individual product non-comparative recognition.
The mark may appear in an confirmed packaging, digital, retail, trade or media channel. The surrounding statement should not change its meaning.
A retailer may say that it stocks an awarded product. A distributor may identify the star in a product listing. A journalist may describe the confirmed result. None should detach the mark from the product or convert it into a broader guarantee.
Contact Good Taste Awards before applying the mark to a materially changed recipe, format, flavour, process or assessed identity. A routine production continuation may remain within scope only where the applicable authorization and product identity permit it.
Do not assume that a package redesign proves the product is unchanged; verify the product record and current permission.
A corrected public representation replaces the earlier representation. A suspended result does not authorize continued mark use while the suspension remains active. A withdrawn result requires removal of the claim through the applicable defined action.
The verification service provides the current public state. A locally saved artwork file is not proof that permission remains active.
Use the reporting pathway when a mark appears with the wrong star, product, altered artwork, misleading claim or unavailable result. Include the location, image or page and enough information to identify the use.
Reporting begins review; it does not itself establish misuse.
