1 Purpose
This document sets the defined parameters and decision conditions for Preparation, Presentation, and Palate Interval Schedule within the defined Good Taste Awards standards system.
2 Scope
This document applies to the requirements, decisions, records, controls, and outputs expressly identified under Preparation, Presentation, and Palate Interval Schedule. Award scope and exclusions are defined by GTA-STD-100; this document shall not create an additional award dimension. Operational prerequisites identified here affect assessment validity and never constitute product certification.
3 Authority and interpretation
The Assessment Operations Lead owns GTA-SCH-303; the Standards Authority approves it. formal verbs, defined terms, stable requirement identities, policy constants, and generated representations shall be interpreted under GTA-GOV-002, GTA-GOV-005, and the defined registers.

4 Requirements
GTA-SCH-303-R001 — Preparation instruction
The Assessment Operations Lead shall specify input, equipment, method, endpoint, rest, holding, portion, and service.
GTA-SCH-303-R002 — Ready-to-eat presentation
The Assessment Operations Lead shall remove identity cues while retaining ordinary product structure.
GTA-SCH-303-R003 — Cooking
The Assessment Operations Lead shall control batch size, heat application, endpoint, rest, and batch linkage.
GTA-SCH-303-R004 — Dilution and infusion
The Assessment Operations Lead shall control ratio, medium, duration, agitation, extraction, and service.
GTA-SCH-303-R005 — Carrier
The Assessment Operations Lead shall use a neutral consistent carrier only where necessary for meaningful consumption.
GTA-SCH-303-R006 — Vessel and utensil
The Assessment Operations Lead shall use clean inert and consistent service equipment without identity cues.
GTA-SCH-303-R007 — Temperature
The Assessment Operations Lead shall define target condition, permitted range, measurement, and out-of-range action.
GTA-SCH-303-R008 — Holding
The Assessment Operations Lead shall define maximum defined interval and batch replacement action.
GTA-SCH-303-R009 — Portion
The Assessment Operations Lead shall provide sufficient sensory access while controlling satiety, intensity, and exposure.
GTA-SCH-303-R010 — Palate recovery
The Assessment Operations Lead shall assign cleanser, interval, block, and recovery action by persistence class.
GTA-SCH-303-R011 — Order class
The Assessment Operations Lead shall group products by intensity, persistence, temperature, and preparation constraints.
GTA-SCH-303-R012 — Presentation incident
The Assessment Operations Lead shall hold and replace a sample where defined condition or identity neutrality fails.
5 Conformity and records
Conformity with Preparation, Presentation, and Palate Interval Schedule requires evidence comprising the source evidence, defined decision, accountable role, and independent or automated verification. The record for each applicable GTA-SCH-303 requirement shall permit reconstruction without relying on an unrecorded explanation.
Evidence created under GTA-SCH-303 shall use stable identifiers, immutable event sequence numbers, and machine event timestamps. A correction shall be append-only. A nonconformity shall place the affected object in a non-releasable state until its consequence and confirmed disposition are recorded. Role combination remains subject to the mandatory separation rules.
