1 Purpose
This document establishes formal requirements for Assessment Integrity, Records, and Oversight within the defined Good Taste Awards standards system.
2 Scope
This document applies to the requirements, decisions, records, controls, and outputs expressly identified under Assessment Integrity, Records, and Oversight. Award scope and exclusions are defined by GTA-STD-100; this document shall not create an additional award dimension. Operational prerequisites identified here affect assessment validity and never constitute product certification.
3 Authority and interpretation
The Standards Authority owns GTA-STD-600; the Standards Authority approves it. formal verbs, defined terms, stable requirement identities, policy constants, and generated representations shall be interpreted under GTA-GOV-002, GTA-GOV-005, and the defined registers.

4 Requirements
GTA-STD-600-R001 — Integrity framework
The Standards Authority shall protect impartiality, identity separation, evidence, decision authority, and public trust across the assessment lifecycle.
GTA-STD-600-R002 — Record architecture
The Standards Authority shall maintain stable objects for product, sample, assessor, assignment, response, calculation, confirmation, comment, and publication.
GTA-STD-600-R003 — Raw response preservation
The Standards Authority shall retain every original response permanently and represent correction through additive lineage.
GTA-STD-600-R004 — Access control
The Standards Authority shall apply least-necessary permission to entrant identity, blind mapping, assessor identity, results, and public exports.
GTA-STD-600-R005 — Audit events
The Standards Authority shall record creation, access where sensitive, lock, correction, invalidation, calculation, confirmation, authorization, review, and release.
GTA-STD-600-R006 — Incident oversight
The Standards Authority shall classify, contain, investigate, decide, correct, and verify events according to consequence.
GTA-STD-600-R007 — Decision review
The Standards Authority shall independently reproduce candidate states and confirm authorization prerequisites.
GTA-STD-600-R008 — Performance monitoring
The Standards Authority shall examine validity, identity, preparation, composition, comment, and system indicators without managing award rate.
GTA-STD-600-R009 — Continuity
The Standards Authority shall protect authoritative evidence during device, venue, staff, sample, or service interruption.
GTA-STD-600-R010 — Retention and disposal
The Standards Authority shall preserve reconstruction while controlling lawful and confirmed removal of non-permanent records.
GTA-STD-600-R011 — Oversight reporting
The Standards Authority shall provide accurate control, finding, action, and closure information to confirmed governance roles.
GTA-STD-600-R012 — Corrective action
The Standards Authority shall address cause and affected scope and verify effectiveness before closure.
5 Record and access architecture
| Record domain | Integrity rule | Access boundary | Retention treatment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product and entrant identity | verified source and product-version lineage | restricted from blind views | according to result and operational authority |
| Blind mapping | unique and non-meaningful code relationship | Sample and Blind Control Officer and confirmed release only | preserve reconstruction while access remains restricted |
| Assessor identity | direct identity separated from response evidence | least necessary role access | not permanently retained without separate authority |
| Raw response | locked original plus append-only correction lineage | pseudonymous operational and review views | permanent in de-identified form |
| Calculation and confirmation | inputs, intermediate values, rule version, outcome, and authority | Decision Officer and Independent Reviewer | permanent with result evidence |
| Comment and publication | evidence links, editorial lineage, authorization, and current state | defined editorial and public projections | preserve former and current confirmed states |
6 Oversight and corrective action
Oversight shall test identity separation, sample accountability, panel composition, response validity, calculation reproducibility, confirmation authority, comment support, access, correction lineage, public projection, and mark use. Award rate shall not be used as a conformity target.
An incident shall be contained before affected evidence is released. Corrective action shall identify cause, affected scope, correction, prevention, accountable role, verification method, and closure evidence. The person who created or altered the affected evidence shall not act as its sole Independent Reviewer.
7 Conformity and records
Conformity with Assessment Integrity, Records, and Oversight requires evidence comprising the source evidence, defined decision, accountable role, and independent or automated verification. The record for each applicable GTA-STD-600 requirement shall permit reconstruction without relying on an unrecorded explanation.
Evidence created under GTA-STD-600 shall use stable identifiers, immutable event sequence numbers, and machine event timestamps. A correction shall be append-only. A nonconformity shall place the affected object in a non-releasable state until its consequence and confirmed disposition are recorded. Role combination remains subject to the mandatory separation rules.
